The Guangdong Zhongxin Intelligent Logistics Project plans to build three main functional areas: express logistics warehouses, cloud warehouses, and cold chain logistics warehouses. It aims to construct an automated warehousing system, sorting system, and information management software, striving to create a regional smart logistics center service platform integrating warehousing and logistics, sorting and delivery, and high-end cold chain services, serving the northern Guangdong region and the logistics hub layout of Guangqing integration. Due to the large scale of the smart logistics center, the number of loading docks on the warehouse platforms is significant, and the frequency of incoming and outgoing goods is high. As the ground height of different container truck types varies, the height difference between the loading dock and the truck is not fixed, requiring a large number of loading dock height adjustment boards.
The Weilin Qinli team deeply involved in the project planning stage to meet the needs of full coverage on the three floors of Zhongxin Smart Logistics Center and the deployment of a large number of equipment. They thoroughly communicated with the client about the actual operational scenarios and traffic expectations of the loading docks on each floor, and custom-designed two batches of fixed hydraulic height adjustment boards of different specifications.
